Years End

The new year is almost here and there is a lot of shit happening in this old USA. The Republicans have managed to put together a freak show of presidential wannabes like I have never seen in all of My 61 years. The so called "war on terror" goes on, the trashing of Our constitution continues. G. W. is still in charge and capable of working all sorts of mischief in 2008. In 2007 We have seen Our Democratic Congress cave into the Texas Terrorist's demands again and again. Iraq is still suffering from the illegal occupation by Our military. The Neocons rave about the progress in Afghanistan while the Taliban gains more territory and the opium production is up. Don't get Me wrong, I'm all for opium, what I'm against is the constant bombing of of a people Who pose no threat to the USA under the guise of protecting Us from Terrorists. The Bush administration plans on allowing big lumber to bulldose Our national forests and destroy wildlife habitat all for the sake of profit for the corporations. Jesus Christ what's next?
